Allium Partners is pleased to announce the following placements for Bridge Development Partners in the third quarter of 2020.
Allium is pleased to announce the hiring of Sean Zasche as the Chief Financial Officer for Bridge Development Partners. Sean will lead all capital markets activity for the company including raising capital and managing strategic equity programs and debt relationships. He will be responsible for strategic financial planning and will oversee the financial management of company operations, including business planning, financial, accounting, compliance and budgetary efforts. He will be a key member of the executive management team and have an essential role in implementing Bridge’s growth plans including their new office in London.
Prior to joining Bridge, Sean was Executive Vice President, Portfolio Manager and Head of Investor Relations for CA Student Living where he was a member of the Investment Committee and established relationships with institutional investors, including pension funds, sovereign wealth funds and endowments.
Allium Partners placed Jared Sullivan as Vice President, Head of Research. In his new role, Jared will develop a research platform to drive Bridge’s investment strategies, helping focus the company’s resources to maximize investment performance. He will also support capital raising and investor relations efforts and guide the firm’s ongoing thought leadership. Jared joins Bridge from CA Ventures, where he was Vice President, Head of Research. He earlier worked at LaSalle Investment Management and CBRE Econometric Advisors.
David Aschenbrand joins Bridge as Vice President, Cold Storage where he is responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of Bridge’s cold storage platform, serving as a key liaison between cold storage users and Bridge’s market officers. Dave previously worked at Lineage Logistics as Director of their East Coast transportation and logistics division.
Francis Roura joined Bridge Development Partners as Manager, Development in the Miami office. Francis will be responsible for the entitlement, development and construction activities for the ground-up development throughout south Florida where he will manage pre-construction, construction, entitlements, land acquisitions and tenant improvements. Francis joins Bridge from Gilbane Building Company where he was most recently a Project Manager.
Doug Klein joined the Bridge Chicago office as Development Manager. Doug is charged with overseeing the design and construction of interior warehouse build-outs and improvements for the tenants leasing space in new construction facilities. Previously, Doug was a Project Manager for FCL Builders.
