Allium Partners is pleased to announce the placement of two new members to the Bridge Development Partners team in the Chicago office. Derek Siadak joins Bridge as Director, Capital Markets where he will be responsible for the execution of the construction and debt financings, strategic equity raising initiatives and supporting other investment management priorities at Bridge. Siadak worked at TPG Real Estate Finance and earlier at Jones Lang LaSalle and Equity Office Properties. 

Allium also recruited Jonathan Bulwa as Director, Finance. Jonathan is responsible for all financial analysis and forecasting of Bridge’s portfolio and corporate projections including measuring both real estate, venture/fund and company performance. Bulwa joins Bridge from Brookfield Retail Properties as a Senior Manager of Finance and previously worked for JLL’s Strategic Consulting Group. 

Allium Partners also placed Elaine Watts as Senior Vice President, Asset Management  in Bridge’s Bellevue, WA office. Elaine will oversee the regional property management assets in the Pacific Northwest region, including third-party property management services for institutional owners  and lead the transition of all new acquisitions and developments into the Bridge portfolio. Elaine comes to Bridge with over 20 years of portfolio management experience most recently at Hines Interests where she managed Amazon’s 4.4 million square feet Seattle headquarters.
