Allium Partners announces the recent placement of MJ Zaring as Vice President of Asset Management for Newcastle Limited. MJ will be a part of the Portfolio Management team focused on strategic planning for the firm’s assets and maximizing portfolio value. MJ joins Newcastle from CA Ventures where she served as Vice President of Residential Acquisitions responsible for sourcing and managing a pipeline of multifamily and mixed-use development opportunities across major US markets. Prior to her role at CA Ventures, she was Vice President of Institutional Multifamily Investment Sales with CBRE.
