Allium Partners announces the recruitment of Paul Schwartz as Senior Vice President, Human Resources to Comstock Companies in McLean, Virginia. Paul provides strategic Human Resources advice and counsel to senior management and manages the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the Human Resources function within Comstock.

Most recently, Paul was Vice President, Human Resources with Gates Hudson. For this third-party commercial management services company, Paul was involved in the firm’s leave policy, talent acquisition strategy, training process, and telework policy, among other responsibilities.
