Allium Partners recruited Kristen Martin as a Vice President of Leasing for Newcastle Limited. Martin will report directly to Mike Haney, Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer, and will develop and implement Newcastle’s leasing strategy. Previously, Martin served as an Urban Leasing Representative for Acadia Realty Trust and earlier as a Senior Associate with RHYS Commercial.

Newcastle Limited is a Chicago-based real estate investment and development firm. The company’s portfolio consists of multifamily, retail and mixed-use properties located primarily within the city of Chicago.
