Allium Partners recently completed a search on behalf of Prudential Mortgage Capital, placing Colin Whittier as Director of Multifamily Originations for its Dallas, Texas office.
Whittier will originate financing for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA and mezzanine and affordable housing programs. Most recently, Whittier served as Vice President, Multifamily Loan Originator for KeyBank Real Estate Capital in Dallas, where he sourced long-term multifamily real estate loans on behalf of investors including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, CMBS partners and life companies.
