Allium Partners recently completed a search on behalf of InvenTrust Properties Corp. placing James Christensen as Senior Vice President, Asset Management in its Oak Brook office. Christensen will report to Dave Collins the Executive Vice President of Portfolio Management.

James comes to InvenTrust from Heitman where he was the Senior Vice President of Portfolio/Asset Management.  At InvenTrust, Christensen will be responsible for creating both near and long term strategies to ensure that the return on investment for each asset is maximized.  Christensen will also play a significant role in the due diligence and integration of new properties to the portfolio and work on the disposition of selected properties as InvenTrust continues to reposition its portfolio.

InvenTrust is a self-managed REIT focused on the acquisition, development and management of shopping centers. The portfolio comprises over 125 multi-tenant retail properties, comprising 18 million square feet of retail space in 28 states.
