Allium Partners recently completed a search on behalf of Saul Centers, Inc. placing Dan Goldstein as a Vice President, Finance in its Bethesda office reporting to Scott Schneider, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Goldstein will support Schneider in all aspects of the public and internal financial reporting for the company. Dan most recently worked at Comstock Holding Companies as the Vice President of Finance.
Saul Centers, Inc. (“Saul Centers”), headquartered in Bethesda, Maryland, was incorporated in 1993 and operates as a real estate investment trust. B. Francis Saul II serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Saul Centers. The company’s principal business activity is the ownership, management and development of income-producing properties. Saul Centers was formed to continue and expand the shopping center business previously owned and conducted by the B. F. Saul Real Estate Investment Trust, the B. F. Saul Company and certain other affiliated entities.
