Allium Partners is pleased to announce the recruitment of Pierre Melhado as Managing Director, Property Services for McCaffery Interests. Pierre will report to John Ziegenhein, President and Chief Operating Officer and will lead the growth of the property management services group. Melhado will play a key role as part of the senior management team and will lead the management of the firm’s portfolio of both owned assets and third party-managed assets.

Prior to joining McCaffery, Melhado was most recently the Director of Operations for Laramar Group where he had previously worked from 2007 to 2011. Earlier he had worked at Beztak Properties as a Senior Regional Manager.
