Conor Commercial Real Estate

2Q2018 Allium Partners recently placed two individuals with Conor Commercial Real Estate. As Senior Development Manager, Ben Harris will execute developments and source new business in the industrial market by developing relationships with the industrial broker network.  He will report to Brian Quigley, Executive Vice President, whom we recruited to Conor two years earlier. Ben comes to Conor from Verizon Wireless, where he was a Retail Real Estate Manager.  Ben managed the real estate strategy for acquisitions into urban markets and relocations in the Illinois and Wisconsin region.

Additionally, Allium Partners recruited Grady Capobianco as Real Estate Development Analyst.  In his new role, Grady will be responsible for all aspects of investment and development projects, including warehouses, distribution centers, and other big box facilities.  He joins Conor after receiving an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a concentration in Real Estate.  Previously, Grady had worked as an Intern at ProLogis and as a Project Manager with cm&b, Inc.
