Allium Partners recently placed Tom Foos and Ryan Kruzel at Lincoln Property Company Commercial, Inc. based in Chicago.  As Vice President, Development/Project Manager, Foos is responsible for the oversight of capital and tenant improvement projects and will oversee the successful completion of development and renovation projects.  He will support Lincoln Property Company’s acquisitions and improvement project activities.  Tom joins Lincoln Property Company from Project Management Advisors, where he managed project management, development services and due diligence assignments for office and multifamily projects.  Before that he spent five years with Equity Commonwealth where he was responsible for the real estate design, construction and project management of the office portfolio.  

In his new role as Vice President of Asset Management, Ryan Kruzel has full responsibility for all strategic, transactional and operations issues for a portfolio of office and industrial assets located across the United States. Ryan was previously Vice President of Investments with Pritzker Realty Group, responsible for providing the institutional overlay to the direct investment team tasked with the acquisition, development, and management of the firm’s industrial portfolio.  Before that he spent seven years with Pearlmark Real Estate as Vice President of Acquisitions.
