Jay Costley
Co-founder Jay Costley believes strong relationships are the keystone to successful executive recruiting. Prior to co-founding Allium Partners, Jay was Chief Operating Officer for Ferguson Partners, an international executive recruiting firm serving the real estate industry. Jay’s work in executive recruitment grew out of a successful and lengthy career in the real estate industry, working with Fifield Realty, Citicorp Real Estate, Inc. and First National Bank of Chicago. With a primary emphasis on private equity, investment management, mortgage finance, and the office, multifamily, retail and industrial sectors, he has also executed numerous functional searches (e.g., CFO, CAO) in other sectors. Jay graduated from Duke University with a BA in Economics and holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
Rick Lovett
Allium Partner and co-founder, Rick Lovett notes that Allium Partners offers a fresh approach to executive recruitment by uniting a wealth of industry experience and contacts with a more personal and connected partner-client relationship. Rick conducts executive and senior management assignments across all mortgage finance and real estate sectors, with an emphasis on leadership roles in marketing, capital markets, operations, credit, audit and servicing. Additionally, he handles Director/Trustee assignments for Boards. His previous experience includes a variety of executive positions in the residential finance industry including PNC Mortgage and the residential lending and title subsidiaries of Prudential Life Insurance Company. Rick began his career at Norwest Corporation (Wells Fargo) where he directed the federal legislative effort for its banks. He received a BA degree from St. John’s University, a JD from William Mitchell College of Law and completed the Executive Program at Cornell University as a Bush Fellow. Rick is a member of the Board of Directors of Barrington Bank & Trust, a community bank subsidiary of Wintrust Financial (NASDAQ: WTFC) as well as a member of the Executive Committee for Wintrust Mortgage.
