Allium Partners recently completed a search on behalf of B.F. Saul Company, placing Amitha Prabhu as Vice President and Director of Internal Audit in the firm’s headquarter office in Bethesda, MD. Reporting to the Executive Vice President and General Counsel at B.F. Saul, Amitha will manage the internal audit function for the Saul Company and its subsidiaries.

Most recently Prabhu worked at Sunrise Senior Living in McLean, VA where she led the company’s over-all enterprise risk management program. There she was responsible for strategic and compliance audits at the corporate office and operational/regulatory audits at senior living communities. Earlier, Amitha had worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Capital One and Ernst & Young / Arthur Andersen.

B.F. Saul was established in 1892 and is comprised of Saul Centers, Inc., Chevy Chase Trust, ASB Capital Management, B.F. Saul Insurance and B.F. Saul Company Hospitality Group. Today the company concentrates on the ownership, construction and development of real estate and has large property management, leasing and insurance divisions.
