For B.F. Saul Company, one of the largest privately owned real estate companies in Washington, DC, Allium Partners is pleased to announce the recruitment of Judi Garland as Senior Vice President, Office & Retail. Judi will report to the Executive Vice President of Real Estate and will oversee the property management of an 8.0 million square foot portfolio of community and neighborhood shopping centers and will be responsible for all leasing and property management for the 17-property office and flex-office portfolio totaling 3.6 million square feet. Judi joins BF Saul having previously worked at Lincoln Property Company as a Senior Vice President, Property Operations.

Founded in 1892, the B.F. Saul Company is comprised of Saul Centers, Inc., a self-managed, self-administered REIT; Chevy Chase Trust; ASB Capital Management LLC; B.F. Saul Insurance Agency; B.F. Today, it concentrates on the ownership, development and construction of real estate and has large property management, leasing and insurance divisions.
