1Q2019 Allium Partners is pleased to announce the placement of Brian Lantz as Vice President, Asset Management at Driehaus Enterprise Management Inc.  Lantz will report to the President and will serve as the owner’s consultant regarding the delivery, management, acquisition and development of current and future properties. In collaboration with the President, Brian will develop and execute the overall real estate strategy and will further develop asset management processes and procedures and will focus on increasing the organizational capability and efficiency of the asset management team and third-party service providers.

Brian comes to Driehaus from Lincoln Property Company where he was a Vice President, Investment Management.
