1Q2018 Allium Partners is pleased to announce the recruitment of Joe Florczak to Home Partners of America as Senior Vice President, Operations.  Joe reports to Bill Young, the Chief Executive Officer, and is responsible for the strategies, goals, policies and procedures to support Home Partners of America’s objectives for its portfolio of single-family rental homes.

Prior to joining Home Partners of America, Joe was Vice President, National Operations for Invitation Homes, where he led the national operations strategy.  Earlier, he was Director of Operations, Real Estate Capital Markets for ORIX USA.

Based in Chicago, Home Partners of America is a single-family residential property investment company committed to making homeownership a reality for more people by making the process easy, transparent and built on a foundation of choice and flexibility. The program has a number of unique property acquisition parameters and allows residents to rent the property from HPA for up to five years under renewable one year leases. The firm currently operates in 20 states, and owns over 6,500 properties totaling $2 billion of real estate.
