Allium Partners recently completed a search on behalf of InvenTrust Properties (fka Inland American Real Estate Trust), placing Chris Dykstra as Senior Vice President, Property Management in the firm’s Oak Brook, IL headquarters office.

At InvenTrust, Dykstra will report to Dave Collins, the Executive Vice President, Portfolio Management. Before joining InvenTrust, Dykstra worked as a Director of Property Management of the Western Region for DDR Corp. in their Denver, CO office. There he had responsibility for over 10 million square feet of property in eight western states. Prior to joining DDR in 2008, Dykstra worked at Regency Centers as the General Manager and Director of Operations covering all retail properties in five states.

InvenTrust is a self-managed REIT focused on the acquisition, development and management of shopping centers. The portfolio comprises over 125 multi-tenant retail properties, comprising 18 million square feet of retail space in 28 states.
