Allium Partners recently completed a search on behalf of InvenTrust Properties Corp. placing Nicole Horne in the role of Vice President, Transactions reporting to Chris Covey the Senior Vice President of Transactions.

Most recently Nicole worked at SunTrust Bank where she maintained REIT client relationships and handled REIT credit portfolios. Prior to SunTrust, Horne was Director of Acquisitions and Portfolio Management for the eastern US for Brixmor Property Group where she was responsible for all aspects of acquisitions and dispositions for that regional portfolio. Earlier Nicole also worked for Centro Properties Group and Heritage Property Investment Trust in their acquisitions groups.

InvenTrust is a self-managed REIT focused on the acquisition, development and management of shopping centers. The portfolio comprises over 125 multi-tenant retail properties, comprising 18 million square feet of retail space in 28 states.
