Allium Partners is pleased to announce the recruitment of Tom Berry and Michele Rist to Investors Title Company.  As Executive Vice President of Market Development, Tom Berry will be based in Austin, Texas and be charged with increasing the firm’s market share in Texas and other key growth states. He will collaborate with senior marketing, underwriting, and operations leaders to achieve revenue and profit targets.  Tom joined Investors from Capital Title of Texas, where he spent three years as President of the Central Texas Region, and four and a half years as Senior Vice President of Business Development for Austin and San Antonio regions.

Michele Rist will be Regional Vice President, National Markets Operations and Market Development supporting operations and business development activities for various markets, including Pennsylvania, Ohio, New York, and Indiana.  Prior to joining Investors Title, Michele spent over three years as Pennsylvania State Manager with Title Alliance.  She previously was with Title Alliance in Corporate Training and Sales roles.

Headquartered in Chapel Hill, North Carolina with issuing offices throughout the United States, Investors Title writes and supports residential and commercial title insurance.  With 2019 revenues of $184 million, the company also provides a range of related services to its industry partners, including 1031 like-kind exchanges, and the coordination, underwriting and management of complex commercial transactions through sister companies.
