Allium Partners is pleased to have placed Max Peek as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Principal for Magnolia Capital based in Chicago, IL. In this role, Max will establish and lead a national real estate investment platform focused on multifamily and opportunistic investments over time across all asset classes. Backed by a significant institutional investor, Max will build an organization, set a strategic direction and manage the growth of the firm with the objective to acquire a portfolio of properties with attractive long term prospects.

Prior to joining Magnolia Capital, Max was Executive Vice President, Investments and New Business Initiatives with Waterton Associates, where he focused on multifamily acquisitions and dispositions throughout the Eastern half of the United States.
