On behalf of National Home Rentals, LP, Allium Partners is pleased to have recruited David Jaffee as Vice President of Operations.

David will oversee the property operations for the company’s rapidly growing portfolio of single family homes, creating company policies, processes and procedures that will allow the company to achieve its operational and financial goals. Jaffee will be responsible for hiring and mentoring the asset and property management teams and will partner with senior management in the leadership and management of the firm.

Prior to joining National Home Rentals, David was Director of Operations for Pangea Real Estate, a Chicago-based real estate investment and management company with over 12,000 multifamily units in Chicago, Indianapolis and Baltimore.

National Home Rentals is a private equity real estate opportunity fund and developer focused on residential assets, with a history of purchasing distressed notes and assets at large scale auctions and private transactions.  The portfolio today comprises approximately 4,000 single family homes with plans for significant growth over the next five years. Their co-investors and partners include prominent family offices, Cerberus Capital, Colony Capital and Pacific West.
