Allium Partners recently completed a search on behalf of New York Life Real Estate Investors LLC placing Brian Murphy in the role of Senior Director, Transactions in the Chicago office. Brian will be responsible for sourcing and closing all equity investment opportunities in the Midwest and Denver markets. Most recently Murphy was the Vice President of Structured Finance for Hyatt Corporation. Prior to that Brian worked in several capacities for ORIX Capital Markets in both Dallas, TX and Chicago, IL. Murphy began his career at Jones Lang LaSalle.
