For Newcastle Limited Allium Partners is pleased to have recruited Karen Mitrenga as Director of Human Resources. Karen will report to Jack Potts, the Chief Financial Officer and will be responsible for all programs related to the attraction and retention of Newcastle employees including developing and implementing a recruitment strategy, providing strategic and tactical advice to senior management and developing and implementing a performance management program.

Mitrenga was previously, Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer at Mesirow Financial and before that held similar positions at GTCR and Wrightwood Capital.
