4Q2017 For Newcastle Limited, Allium is pleased to have placed Greg Lozinak as Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer. Greg will report to Mike Haney, President and Chief Executive Officer and will lead Newcastle’s asset management, property operations, leasing, human resources and IT activities, overseeing a team of 100 employees.

Lozinak was most recently Chief Executive Officer at Monument Real Estate Services and earlier served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Waterton Residential.

Newcastle Limited is an entrepreneurial real estate investment and operating company that acquires, develops and owns retail, multifamily, and mixed-use properties in urban Chicago.
