Allium Partners recently completed a search on behalf of Starwood Retail Partners, placing Bryant Siragusa as National Director of Restaurant Leasing. Reporting to a Senior Vice President, Head of Leasing, Siragusa will be responsible for national, regional and local restaurant transactions across Starwood’s 28 property, 27 million square foot portfolio.

Most recently Siragusa worked out of Dallas for UCR Urban, where he was a Senior Vice President and headed the leasing and development of a 400,000 square foot entertainment center in Los Colinas, TX. Earlier he had spent 8 years working for CBL Properties out of Chattanooga, TN where he was responsible for restaurant and entertainment leasing across the company’s national portfolio.
