Allium Partners recently completed a search on behalf of Starwood Retail Partners, placing John Albright as a Vice President of Development in its Chicago office reporting to Rob Hense, Senior Vice President, Development.  Albright will be responsible for promoting new relationships and utilizing and leveraging his current relationships to procure desirable Big Box retailers to the national Starwood Retail Partners platform.    

John most recently worked at Simon Property Group as the Senior Vice President of Capital Markets where his responsibilities included crafting and executing a mall disposition program.  Prior to that John led a team of professionals handling all the development and redevelopment activity for Simon across a large portion of the East and Southeast coast as well as in Puerto Rico.      

Starwood Retail Partners is a retail real estate platform that acquires, redevelops and repositions retail real estate assets nationwide.
