4Q2017 The John Buck Company, a Chicago-based real estate operating company, recently hired Dan Thalheimer as Vice President, Acquisitions and Rosemary Dwyer in the role of Principal, Residential Management.

Allium Partners is pleased to announce the placement of Dan Thalheimer as Vice President, Acquisitions. Dan will report to Kevin Hites, the company’s Chief Investment Officer, and will be sourcing and closing transactions across major US markets, and generating investments in joint venture transactions with third party institutional capital partners. Thalheimer was most recently a Senior Director, Investments at General Growth Properties.

Rosemary Dwyer joins The John Buck Company as Principal, Residential Management where she will report to Dirk Degenaars, Chief Operating Officer and will have responsibility for providing management, leasing and marketing services within the JBC residential portfolio. Dwyer comes to John Buck from The Habitat Company, where she was a Chicago Director of Market Rate and Special Projects. She had previously worked at both Golub and Company and Greystar.
