Allium Partners recently completed a search on behalf of U.S. Bank Home Mortgage, placing Michael Oakes as Senior Vice President, Mortgage Retail Operations Manager. Oakes had most recently been Senior Vice President-Retail Fulfillment at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. At USBHM, Oakes will manage all operational aspects of the mortgage retail lending division including processing, underwriting, closing, and quality assurance.

U.S. Bank Home Mortgage is one of the largest originator and servicer of home loans in the United States. The company funded over $65 billion in 2013 and services more than $239 billion of mortgages. The company is a division of U.S. Bank, the fifth largest commercial bank in the United States.
