Allium Partners recently completed a search on behalf of U.S. Bank Home Mortgage, placing Charles Coulter as Chief Operating Officer.
Coulter was most recently Deputy Assistant Secretary for Single Family Housing for the Federal Housing Administration where he managed all aspects of FHA’s Single Family Housing Operation including program management, servicing and REO management, quality control and institutional risk management. Previous experience includes leading the business transformation office in addition to key roles in strategy execution and national lending at Freddie Mac. At USBHM, Coulter will be a member of the executive management team and be responsible for all operational aspects of the company, including wholesale and retail lending.
