Allium Partners completed a national search on behalf of WS Development placing Michael McNaughton as a Senior Vice President of Asset Management. McNaughton was most recently Chief Operating Officer of Rouse Properties and, earlier, a Senior Vice President of General Growth Properties where he worked for a little over 10 years.
McNaughton will be based in Boston and work closely with the three senior partners of the firm. He will be charged with bringing a coordinated strategic focus to the asset management function and oversee asset management, property management, ancillary business development and marketing. He will also support the firm’s national retail investment efforts.

WS Development is one of the country’s premier shopping center owner operators. The company has over 18 million square feet of existing retail space and a number of properties under development throughout the northeast, primarily in New England. An affiliate of the company, WS Capital Partners, is actively investing in value-add retail properties nationally.

Allium Partners continues to play a significant role in assisting senior management of retail owner operators and investors in adding key leadership in markets throughout the country.
